A: Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, free of harmful chemicals and preservatives. Containers and packaging are recyclable. We want to take care of you and together we can take care of the environment too.
Q: Are there additional sizes and product offerings?
A: Signature products have been selected for the initial launch of The SitaZEN Room. We plan to extend our product line in the next phase. Your feedback will be a valuable part of the process.
Q: How many hours of burn time do the candles have?
A: The 8 ounce candles have 35-40 hours of burn time.
Q: What type of wick is used for the candles?
A: Our premium soy candles are made with wood wicks to protect the environment from soot and other toxins.
Q: How and where are the products made?
A: All products are made in the United States. Our organic soy-based candles are hand-poured and we work closely with our manufacturer to ensure premium ingredients are used and quality processing standards are maintained.
Q: Are the sugar scrubs and body butters safe for the skin?
A: Our products are carefully crafted with no harmful ingredients and never tested on animals.

A: There are no alcohols or harsh chemicals in our room sprays.
Q: What are the shipping options?
A: Orders are shipped first class mail; however, orders can be upgraded to priority mailing at checkout for an additional cost.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Peak holiday seasons, manufacturer and supplier disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic may cause delays.

A: We currently ship within the United States. We will expand shipping to other countries and territories and update you when available.
